I am coining a new term for a certain type of punishment in my wannabe dystopian yet politically correct near future fictional society:

Punitive Cephalectomy
It would be cool if I could introduce the term into common parlance, e.g. X deserves a punitive cephalectomy.  I would like to perform a punitive cephalectomy on Y.
