Kurt is coming home! *big, overdone anime smile!*

Like Kurt said last night, CHRISTmas is no longer about the presents or food (take out chineese for my fam, lol). I really couldn't care less about the "things" that seem to gravitate to Jesus's birthday. What a huge sacrifice for him. Perfect, painless life in heaven to mortal life...I don't know if I could do that. What a God we serve eh?

I got accepted to LBCC today! uber-awesome! I will finally get to live in Albany and not be so detached. Lissa and Angela and I will be going to the same school! Can't wait;)

Well, I survived finals! it was hard, stressful, exhausting, and kinda blahish. I think I did pretty well and it was great to get out of town and see everyone. Albany was very relaxing. I slept a lot for the first time in about a month and just plain unwinded. good times. Kurt's mom is going remodel crazy, I know the house will look good ( Read more... )

Wow....what a year so far....who woulda thunk that I would would be in the place I am, with the friends I have, one year ago. Today, last year, Kurt called in BMT and my mom was mad because a 21-year-old guy was calling me and she didn't want him and I to become "Us." Now she thinks he's the one for me and asks me about houses and weddings..... ( Read more... )

Wow! A friend of mine started a Bible study/accountibility group and today was the first time we met. It built me up a lot and I can't wait to meet again. It was and is great to know that other Christian girls struggle with the same things I do.
