Oh, YAY! I love me some girl!Jim fic. And this is a humdinger.

Lovely accounting of their relationship together. They're very comfortable together, but with all the tension between them. You kept Jim in character, and Bones a grump. FTW!

Love this. I love how Jim is running away from herself (so typical). I love how Bones has his own name for her. I love how you can feel him holding himself back from her. I also love the Jim/Gaila, an excellent little touch, and Gaila's dim view of Bones. The end is sexy, yes, but also a big FINALLY and so perfect that it happened aboard the ship, as if they don't quite work when they're on Earth, or at least not enough to get out of their own way.

I got such a thing for genderswap - and this was so, so good! OMG! Loved every second of it, especially a girl!jim. You kept them both in character so well, and the tension. WOW! TYSM for this <333

for some reason, i felt so uncomfortable writing from genderswapped!jim's point of view, and i didn't discover that until it was too late. so i'm glad it's not obvious how much i had to work at this thing until i got it under control.
