30 mintues of body resistance
30 minutes of yoga
10 on the stair master
10 of situps.

hopefully i don't sound super creepy but i talked to you bodyperfect the other day about jillian michaels, and i know you said you did the shred and i was wondering if you thought it was too hard to do it twice a day or if that would be do-able? i'd try it out for myself and see but i'm currently on doctors orders not to exercise until i'm fully recovered from surgery. thanks! :)

i think it really depends on what intensity you do it on and just the individual. i did it with a friend yesterday and i felt fine after but she was dead to the world and shes in pretty good shape.
