hah, that's pretty funny. i think (or at least i tell myself) that everyone has some degree of neuroticism in them-- and i think everyone who reads this should list a couple, as you have and i'm about to. for me, i hate things incomplete. i personally wash off the shampoo before soaping, because it just feels unfinished and bugs the hell out of me unless it's done. this also goes for untied shoes, paintings (not that i do them, but rather i don't do paintings or anything really artistic unless i know i can finish it), etc. a good example of this is when i'd build plastic model cars - it would feel like if i just left the pieces to dry one at a time before gluing on the next one it would be incomplete, and therefore drive me crazy. so i'd just go through and do the whole thing in about 45 minutes. another example is AIM shorthand. seriously, it bugs me. why? because ur is not "you're" (and sure as hell isn't "your,") ttyl is not "talk to you later," and the one that pisses me off the most is "99." "99" is NOT, nor does it sound

that alphabetical thing might be a good idea if you want to defy alllll practicality. i mean, it seems like its goign way out of the way. but if you did get your order down it certainly would ensure not missing anything. hmm...well...i bet you would get it down so pat that you wouldnt even think of it alphabetically. probably just end up doing it habitually. and then you again might miss something and not know what you mmissed because your not paying attention to the alphabet, and youd have to just go through the whole routine again. but my real concern with that is, what body part names do you go by? do you use 'hand' or break it down to 'fingers'? do you do your 'head,' your 'hair,' or is it all separate from your scalp? this would have a big impact on ordering what you clean
