so, our land agent was just over to inspect the house. i love it that she's a family friend of mine that i've known since i was little. she just walked through.. ticked all the boxes, grabs the list we made of things that need fixing and leaves. she walked past lyndall's Kamui wallscroll and goes "OMG! is that astro boy!!!?". ahahaah! classic!
