a scanner darkly is probably the worst movie i've ever had to sit through in a theatre. i guess i should have known better before i decided to sit through a movie full of drug addled b-list superstars acting like drug addled b-list superstars...seven years in the future. -

so i knew yesterday was going to be the best day ever when i walked out to my car to find a note under my windshield wiper that said, "cheech, you rock!" and it had a bunch of hearts and 2 kisses on it. it got good when i ate a crazy meal next to members of reel big fish and mxpx. it got better when we played a set in front of upwards of somewhere ( Read more... ) -

so when i think my night can't get any worse, i come home to remember i bought the futurama season four dvd set today. then, i remembered how i pretty much rule. -

today, i spent my afternoon reliving childhood memories of slip n sliding, trying to make whirlpools by having a group of kids spin around real fast in a pool, eating ice cream, playing marco polo, and sliding down 20 foot inflatable waterslides. i bet my day was better than yours. -

this weekend was one of the best weekends ever. the show on friday seemed to go over really well, i had alot of fun. our semi charmed life cover, only practiced twice i might add, was pretty well received too. i can't wait to play again on the 24th. hopefully my amp will be ready by then too. we just got another show offer on july 5th, at the south ( Read more... ) -
