It feels really good to know that I got a good workout this morning. All that crap I had been eating, well yeah, I felt it today. Valerie and I were up by eight, and headed out to the park for some good old jogging. We did a few laps around the park, and some lunges which made me thighs and butt cramp up really bad. It's getting closer to the end of the week, and I'm crunching down on work BIG TIME.
