O well n e way! I am really really sore! Yesterday I had cheerleading. I spent the whole time lifting people in the air. Then we did 100 mountain climbers, 100 squats, 100 lunges, 100 push-ups, 100 cherry pickers (aka: hell), and 200 cruches. It hurts to sit!!!!
