AAAACK! This is scaring me!! adj;alkd;ajdf;lkjRAR. Well...*swallows hard* maybe HBP is the book in which we get the R/Hr and H/G stuff out of the way. I hope not. But we won't know until July 16th, will we?? *teeth chatter*

I don't really buy or like the 'getting ron and hermione out of the way' idea. The idea of them together makes me cringe so much that I can't bear to think about it. I'm tryiing to repeat to myself that I will buy whatever JKR writes. I think it should be my mantra. In preparation. Just in case.

Yes, yes. I know. And, the first fan fic I ever posted was Ron and Hermione. I might have my H/Hr card taken away if that ever gets out! But, you see, those were written two years ago. Well before all the fangirls turned me off of Ron so thoroughly that JKR has quite a chore to win me back.

Nah, not to worry yet. I actually thought the redheaded female was Lily when I first sawy the illustration, though upon reflection that doesn't make quite as much sense ( ... )

LOL, glad to help.

You know, I still get the sense that the redhead could be Lily as I look at it. Maybe it's the fact that there is no visible clothing on her, in contrast to Ron and Hermione on the other side. She just looks slightly out-of-place compared to the rest of the drawing.

Agreed. But, I don't mind the Harry and Ginny possibility as much as I loathe with every fiber of my being the Ron and Hermione one. That's what I hate to consider.
