There's plenty more where that came from. Having worked in a bookstore for four years has its perks.

Pretty sure that's not the reason your nephew calls you a nutjob.

Just saying... :-)

I have no book recs for you and no advice on the wedding, since two weddings of people I barely know and don't care about being held on the same day, and having to attend both, are pretty much a nightmare scenario for my introverted self.

Getting drunk sounds fun, though.

It isn't so much that I barely know them...well, okay. I barely know them. I'm just not in the mood, is all.

I like your idea to drink yourself into the mood, then. But of course, that sounds appealing to me because I can't do anything of the sort at the moment. Funny how that works, isn't it? :-) I hope you find a way to have fun at the weddings in spite of your mood.

stripping the wallpaper from the boys' bathroom. Now I have to get the backing paper, the stuff with the glue, off. Shouldn't be too hard. But, that's just the beginning of the project. I've got to prime the walls, paint the cabinet/vanity, re-texture the walls, paint the walls

Oh man, I feel your pain. I just did all that for a room in my mom's house. But the worst part? While we were doing that, the main pipes in the house flooded, causing the toilets to overflow. Completely random, don't know why it happened. Next project? Re-tiling the bathroom and putting in new carpet. Oh joy. But at least I have an iPod now.

Yes, I used the iPod when I was stripping the wallpaper, singing along with Jravis Crocker. Mr. Charm laughed at me.

Congrats on the iPod!

Unfortunately, they are formatted so they can't be converted to ACC and added to itunes. Freaking Microsoft.

What format are the files in? wma? if they are, just get the convertors...or if that doesn't work, burn the songs onto a rewritable CD, then import them to your iTunes. And iTunes doesn't have to be ACC (otherwise known as mp4), just convert to mp3, that format never fails, not to mention its more compact....
