We did seafood night last night after a day of marathon shopping. We headed out to the outlet mall first thing and made our way through all of the must sees. The minute I stepped outside this morning I was sniffing and sneezing due to all the pollen in the air. It is covering everything. We are clearly lacking rain or something equally powerful to tamp all this crap down. I hate allergies. I never had this problem when I was a kid. Arrgh.

So we're moving. Across the street, but moving none-the-less. Same complex, same features, slightly smaller apt. It has a loft...which also means it's on the 4th floor. So we are thinking of moving. Tomorrow we will meet with a Long & Foster Rep to visit rental properties and to see where we are on the spectrum of buying a little structure of our own. Went out with some of the girls today for pedicures. We had a lovely time. Back in January I posted about Beau hurting himself in the closet and needing a little medical attention.  Things spiraled a little since then.  Long story short...the incident in the closet just revealed a bigger issue.  Beau had a growth on his toe that was deemed 'cancerous' so to be certain....we had the toe removed.  He was not pleased but it' ( Read more... )

Well, allergy season is upon us and I am today's victim.  Woke up with a killer headache this morning.  Took some Aleve and thought a couple of hours of extra sleep would do the trick.  I was wrong.  So I took some allergy meds and crashed out.  Why can't they make those without making you drowsy?  Maybe I should have eaten something....I suppose ( Read more... )

Today it could get up to 80 degrees. Yippee. I ironed up my best spring outfit which consists of white short sleeved shirt with yellow skirt and strappy sandals....ok this is my only spring outfit....and wore it to work.
