My how time has flown!! It is amazing how my perspective of time has changed in 7 weeks. It just flies by except for the night which seems to last forever when EH is up. I finally landed an appointment at Opryland to see if they want to carry our cheesecakes! I know I won't hear anything today and maybe not for a few weeks but it is a step in the right direction. So things are moving along. We had a terrific party for EH over the weekend and so many people came and gave us terrific baby presents. The best part though was the food and playing with recipes and then having everyone enjoy it. I am exhausted today, EH knows when I have to be in the office so he makes sure to stay up all night. I cannot believe that I have a 5 week old. He is getting so huge 10lbs5oz last Friday. He is a great baby and so far has only had one bad afternoon of gas (no more cream of cauliflower soup for me). I spent yesterday looking back through all of the endless amounts of receipts and paper that we have kept this past year trying to close out my books. Wasn't as easy as I thought and although I have everything I wasn't as together as I though I was. Well it turned out to be a French Toast forcast, which means they say it is going to snow a ton so you rush out to buy milk, bread and eggs and nothing happens so you are forced to make a ton of french toast.
