I know it's not Paige's fault, and I'm trying to be nice to her, I really am, but she's not making it very easy right now. I also know that no matter how I feel about her, she's my sister, and it's my job to protect her and keep her safe.
Yeah, about that demon... Paige helped us vanquish him. And then she freaked the hell out and told me and Phoebe to leave her alone and ran out of the manor. We have no idea where she went or how to find her. And now we have bigger magical problems. Cole found out that the Source knows that Paige is our sister, but now instead of killing her, he's trying to recruit her. And with her being freaked out and wanting nothing to do with us right now, it might be exactly the opportunity he's looking for. I have no idea how to find him, or how to stop him. Cole says that he can assume the form of any person that he chooses. I could pass him on the street and not even know.

I know you aren't overly excited about reforming the Charmed Ones, but it might be for the better. Demonkind, for the most part, already knows of you - they're not exactly going to listen if you tell them you've given that up. Trust me - when we parted company from Sanzo for a while, demon assassins didn't listen to us, either, and just kept attacking. I'm thinking it's to your advantage - at least if you've got the Power of Three, you'll be stronger together than you would be on your own...

Apparently demonkind knows more about us than we know about ourselves. Somehow the Source already knows that Paige is our sister, and he's actively trying to recruit her now instead of kill her. Paige kind of freaked out on us earlier when she found out that we're witches and that she is too, and she told us to leave her alone and ran out of the manor. Her wanting nothing to do with us could be exactly what the Source needs to try to bring her over to his side.

I suppose it's good that they're not trying to kill her, and while she's understandably upset, I also believe that if she's a sibling of yours, in her heart, she wouldn't allow herself to be corrupted like that, either...
It's a lot for her to digest, too - not only does she have to deal with the idea of having new siblings, like you are, but she's got her powers on top of that. Though, I hope she calms down and comes back sooner rather than later. It has to be a bit worrying to you that she just ran off like that - especially knowing what's after her.

Nope, they definitely don't waste any time.
It is good that they're not trying to kill her, but at the same time, I don't want her to go dark side, either. I hope that she wouldn't, but she's young, and confused, and she doesn't know where to turn, and the Source will manipulate her to try to get her to do what he wants... I really think that she could go either way.
She's already come very, very close to joining the Source today. Phoebe and I found her trying to kill a man. She's a social worker, and the Source had convinced her that the man was beating his son and that he deserved to die. Paige thought that she was doing something good, protecting the little boy. Thank the gods that we got to her in time to stop her. We had a hell of a time trying to convince her that she was doing anything wrong. I'm still not even sure that we got through to her.

Quite the news to have sprung on you. It takes some getting used to (I think of Shizuka as my younger sister, given Jounouchi and my relationship), so I hope in time, the two of you will at least talk about what each of you want. How old is she?
And Cole's something of an asshole to say what he did. It's none of his business what you do, really.

I hope so, too. Paige is 23, and based on what I've seen so far, I'm pretty sure she doesn't want anything to do with me and Phoebe. She's just as overwhelmed by all of this as Phoebe and I are, if not more.
Yeah, well, it's not like I like the demon or anything. If it were up to me he wouldn't be here, but Phoebe needs him right now.

It's an overwhelming thing. I can't even imagine how I'd react if I suddenly found out I had a long lost sibling somewhere... But, these things, oddly enough, have a way of sorting themselves out. You've just got the added bonus of the weird shit on top of it. **small smirk** Lucky you.
I know. I've sort of gotten that impression from you. I just hope he doesn't do anything stupid. That's all.

Yeah, the news was quite a shock, for Phoebe and me as well as for Paige. We're not exactly sure what her being half whitelighter means yet. So far we've seen her orb herself from danger, and orb objects to her from across a room. She probably has more abilities than that, but she's new to the craft, and she has no control over them yet. She didn't even know that she had any powers until today.

I'm sure that with a bit of time, she'll learn to control them. After all, you're doing very well with yours - given the feeling of the day on Saturday, you were very composed under stress.
I hope that she'll realize that you and Phoebe are nothing but an asset for her, and that she'll come back to you for guidance. I won't ask you what she's like just yet - I'm sure it's far too early for you to tell.

Thanks for the vote of confidence. I suppose I am doing a little better with them. Most of the time I can manage to do what I mean to do, and I'm not accidentally blowing things up left and right anymore, so I guess it's an improvement.
I hope to too. And yeah, I don't know much about her yet, except that she's stubborn.
