Writing

What’s meant to be will always find its way. That’s how I like to think of my gift from above. Writing is more to me than just a hobby to past the time. I write because of passion. The passion in my heart and soul need to come out, so writing is the only way that I can do this. Passion is what makes a writer. If you do not have passion for what you ( Read more... )

Really, writing is...the best thing that has ever happened to me and yes, I do agree with you that I may be not as good as all the others, but at least, I'm proud to say God gave me something for the world to know, for the world to see. There are times where I couldn't think of anything, where I'm completely blank and it actually depresses me that I'm no good at all.

A writer must have a passion so you say, and a pinch of sheer determination and acceptance. A writer must be able to see himself/herself through the difficulties outside his/her stories. In short, a writer must find truth within reality, and find peace within his/her dreams.

The pen and paper too have bee my best friends. They don't judge me; they would accept whatever I put in it. I remember the last time when my friends deserted me, I kept on writing. It was the only way to release such animosity. I really like reading your journal. I can find a lot of things I could relate to.

Thank you. This is so deep. You're really contemplative. You know, I'm going to pray that you and I will always continue writing no matter what and for our gifts to really help others and shine. Maybe we'll see each other's stuff one day. =)

Yeah, maybe one day we'll see each other's works. How old are you? I believe we haven't really got to know each other much. It's really amazing that one person could understand what it's actually like being touched by this...gift.
I'm 14 and I'm still in school. I'm actually a junior in high school, and it's kinda hard keeping up with stories and school stuff.

I'm 15 (16 in a month) and a sophomore. Wow. Did you skip a grade or something? That's smart. Yeah, I'm going to really hate going back to school Monday because all of my writing time is going down the drain. Like you said, it's sort of hard to mix the two. But then again, I'm kinda glad to go back. New year, new opportunities, fresh start. I've been bored like crazy. When do you start back?
