Did your night suck last night?
It was OK. Went to a meeting on electric rates and took pics of Christmas lights. Can’t complain.

No one ever told me being a journalist was easy, and I wouldn’t have meshed well in an “easy” job anyway. Covering the election has been a whole realm of journalism that I never even brushed on in college, so it’s been all about taking it step by step, day by day.
