Just woke up a little while ago,
watching Ellen and wasting time on the internet.

went home for the weekend,
so it was nice to see everyone and laze around in aurora a bit.
i didn't get any of my work done,
but i was feeling really sick all weekend so it was nice to not have to do anything.
i still have a really bad cold.

new year, new livejournal layout.
wow, haven't done that in awhile.

i think i actually want to start using this thing again...
whenever i look back to my old entries,
i feel like, despite obvious changes, i have generally remained the same.
and i don't want a new journal,
when i can continue on with this one,
that has so many memories associated with it.

A new year.
I'm never sure how I feel about that.
I think it's a good time to start fresh... and maybe make some changes in my life,
especially the things that didn't seem to work last year.

today is my last day before three weeks of freedom.
exam is done,
and critique is happening in 3 hours or so.
I also have to speak to my plastics teacher before my critique,
so that I can hand in my half-assed attempt of passing the course.
which might not actually happen.
but that's what i get for taking a class i have no clue about

let alone a project started,
and it's a work period.

jari is out with some friends,
and kali is coming by soon to watch antm.
wish it will still on wednesdays like before.

massive migraine today,
didn't really get anything done,
in terms of cleaning/laundry or any of my school work.
mostly just need to get a painting done for my studio on monday.

another wednesday morning.
supposed to be 18 degrees this afternoon.
I am extremely happy about this last-minute burst of gorgeous weather.

have to leave for class in 15 mins.
I'm pretty sure I don't like my plastics studio.
Mostly I just hate the projects.
Today I have to make a 2"x2" box out of acrylite.
I have no idea why.
