Smoke weed & drink lots of herbal tea. If you can find some other benzo or even a muscle relaxer it might help a bit more than T3s.

But basically, you're going to feel like shit for at least a few days, best you'll accomplish is to do whatever will help you feel a little bit less shitty but you're going to feel it no matter what.

Vicodin will not make it worse, it won't really make it better since it's an opioid and not a benzo.
Green tea is good because it contains L-Theanine, which has a mild effect on the GABA receptors.

I have a serious benzo addiction however i don't use recreationally. EVER. it was started by my doctors who had no idea how to treat me when i became unresponsive to tranditional psych meds (still am). Now i've had a 3 year habit and like mentioned, i'd take dope sick to benzo withdrawls anyday ( ... )

p.s. something to help, hydroxyzine (a stronger form of benadryl) or a benadryl will help with the side effects, namely the severe agitation.

yes you explain it perfectly. only I am to a lesser extent. I havent been to the ER and dont have seizures but I feel all twichy and ya like my skin is coming off. all my bones are shaking. then when Im like oh ok my body feels a little better than my brain goes insane and I cant handle myself. thats a whole story within itself. then after I start to think straight I have to start eating and sleeping again [I HATE the insomnia] and my body has to recover and you really feel it. thats when I start up again. I was thinking about trying to be put on xanax legally [a lower doasge] because I feel more sane and productive when I am not abusing it but I am not so positive now. and I also know there is a high risk of me abusing it. idk anymore I just wish I A.)had some bars right now or B.) had never taken them to withdrawal off of in the first place. I thought itd be ok this time because I already knew what detoxing was like but its different this time. out of order and slower. I wish you the best of luck and thank you for sharing your story ( ... )

if i were you i would ask around about other drugs u may be able to find. unless you are using Xanax to specifically aleviate anxiety, then there are plenty of other fun drugs out there. Xanax withdrawal can be nasty when sources run dry. I would say anything which will help you sleep would be the best alternative,, but if you need to take them at work or school, then definitely try to find another drug around town.

oh I am trying. klotapins are all I am getting at the moment. I live in a big more rundown city where crack, meth, and def weed are in higher demand and a lot easier to get. I dont do any of those. Id get some coke or some acid but something makes me think that will make it worse lol. I am taking sleeping pills but I dont want to be dependant on those either.

if you're ever in great need of a benzo go to the dr with symptoms of a panic attack
just say your chest feels tight and you're having problems breathing

they will usually explain to you that its a panic attack then give you ativan or valium
playing dumb is key

that way you don't have to tell them you're addicted or anything

...but if something happens and they realize what you're doing, you'll be labeled "drug-seeking" for life. that shit goes on your medical file.
