I've also heard that Mac's can't get viruses. And I always just assumed this was true, because Mac's are about 10 years ahead of PC's but that's ok. No shit...No one said they're IMMUNE to viruses, but they're so rarely infected because there are so few viruses geared towards mac that it's not that big a deal. You have so little chance of getting a virus on a Mac that you don't need all that crap software slowing down your connection. So yea, they can get viruses, but is it anywhere NEAR as often? No. Do you need to worry about it? Not really. And if you do get a virus, it's because the person who programmed it knew what they were doing and I doubt that any type of precaution except abstinence from the internet would stop it.

That's what I'm trying to say. And I have had people tell me it's impossible for a Mac to get a virus. That they are immune. I laughed silently to myself.
