"Reid was gone." Oh my God I did not see that coming. i trust that he will be back soon. I'm hoping that he is just performing the scheduled surgery and didn't want to wake Luke before he left.

Lovely chapter as always. I love the way that you use words to create such intense imagery.

As I was reading this, I couldn't help but be blown away by the beauty and intimacy of your words. I almost felt like I was invading on a private, special moment between the boys. As usual, I was sucked into their world and I felt honored BEING there.

And then the ending. :clutches heart: I wasn't expecting that AT ALL. After all this time, after Luke pushing in and showing Reid he wasn't going to leave... Reid leaves? Tell me that he's really just down at the coffee shop or something. Gawd. How is it there is only one more chapter left? I don't want this story to end!

ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh NOOOOO. I am about to get on a PLANE...."Reid was gone" combined with the image of all his stuff being gone? How am I even going to handle this flight?? I LONG for chapter 23 (please make it end happy!) and yet I am going to be SO SAD it's over.....
