Another update, just to cross a few things off. Now, I really want to focus on the physical list.
Physical
1. Fit into a size 4/6 jean
2. Get back into weight lifting
3. Run a sub-8:00 mile
4. Swim 1000 yards in a 12 minute swim (Currently at 850)
5. Complete a Triathlon
6. Keep Allergies under control/start my allergy shots
7. Establish a better sleeping
