sigh... I am so bummed, harp watch 2007

Seems as though my karma is bottoming out. There's a spiritual renaissance festival coming up and I do believe I'll stop by and say hello to my cousin who is doing good things there and mayhap can help me out.

No, you're not being pushy. Check to see what ebay's (and paypal's, if applicable) time limit is for filing a complaint (off the top of my head, 45 days, but I have no clue how accurate that is), and either send a final request and give him a few more days or go ahead and file a complaint if the deadline is close. No tracking info after three weeks of repeated requests is suspicious, and sounds like he might be trying to drag it out until it's too late for you to take action.

If he wants to back out on the deal, that sucks... but if that's the case, not returning your money is stealing.

Three weeks is ENTIRELY too long. I'd harp (hee!) on his ass until I had either a tracking number or a refund.

That is definitely too long. Once you paid they need to ship right away or at least be incontact and give you specific details as to when and how it will ship.

If the seller did decide to back out, which would suck and be justification for leaving serious negative feedback, he shuold have refunded your money right away.
