Baby!
For those who havent heard already...
Eira Barbara Thorveig H. (pronounced Ayra) was born at home at 10:50AM on 10/22/2010. She weighs 6lb11oz (same as Leif, within 2oz of Astrid and me) and is 20.5 inches long.
Everyone is healthy. Big siblings are thrilled.

I continue to be impressed with Ambleside Online's literature choices.
One of their books for second grade is The Burgess Animal Book for Children, which we did as a bedtime story instead of spread out week-by-week as they suggest. Definitely not something I would have picked up on my own, but Leif absolutely adored it. We finished it last night, ( Read more... ) -

A month or so ago, McDonald's had Littlest Pet Shop toys as the girl toy in the happy meals. I'm not certain exactly what these things are supposed to be. Armadillos in handbags is our best guess, but possibly Mexican Hairless dogs. Or chihauhaus with skin conditions ( Read more... ) -

I passed the final, and the class. Done with school! Now I just have to survive graduation and family visit.
