Do not feel awkward, oh man, you cannot feel half as blushy as I am about writing and posting it. *g* There is no shame in fandom, though, right?

Okay, so it makes much less sense now, but before I found out it was an actual biological thing (there was a bit of youtube research last night before I wrote this) I'd never heard the term before, so I thought 'knotting' was slang for tying the knot in a marriage sense, related to the myth that wolves mate for life. I thought it was more of a soulbonding thing. My first idea for this story was a whole lot more PG-13, let me tell you. :-P

Anyway, thank you so much for requesting, and introducing, and reading and commenting! I'm glad my first attempt did not disappoint too much. :-)

I love power differentials, so much. Especially when there's power play back and forth, rather than one person having total control. There's so much to explore! It's possible that I could look back and see that I have written 121 stories on essentially the same thing, but power play dynamics are just so fascinating to write.

I'm the anon who posted the knotting definition and OMG AM I GLAD I DID *__________* This hits SO many of my kinks - all the alpha talk, the dominant/submissive dynamic (with Arthur still being a BAMF - 2 guns and knife? GUH.), out of control sex, KNOTTING ASHJDAKJASHL..

I've read quite a few bestiality fics (having started out in the HP fandom lol) and this is the first time I've read such a take on the werewolf kink. Really smart, hot piece.. I loved it!!

fwiw, I've mostly heard it said that knotting is big in SPN, so maybe you could look up the knotting tag for the SPN kinkmeme if you want to read other fics and see what it's written like?
