so, ok, beyond the obvious UNF - I love how being a werewolf is a thing, and Arthur reads, and Arthur and Cobb's dynamic as a team, because of course Arthur is really the alpha. of course he is. ♥

Encountering werewolves just seems like one of those things that would be on Arthur's list of Things For Which To Have Contingency Plans. He is not going to be caught off-guard on a job, no way.

Arthur is totally a secret alpha, in his own way. Imagining the next waxing moon and the many ways Arthur will undoubtedly refuse to submit (he is getting that #%$@ing chair back, that was his chair) is privately bringing me great glee.

Perhaps on the next job there is a new member to their team that thinks Arthur is hot and tries to chat him up. Cue Arthur deliberately showing he's interested, specifically to rile Eames up. Eames needs to put this new member of the pack in his place and also show Arthur who the alpha really is.

Oh man, Eames would be so territorial. *g* I imagine he would be anyway, but without other people in the mix it would manifest in squabbling over control of things like the whiteboard and the plan and how everyone else would be permitted to interact with Arthur. A potential rival would make things far more complicated!

The Battle of the Office Supplies may have been my favourite part, no lie. Eames knows where Arthur's power lies. If he can't take the suits, he can at least take the pens.

Absolutely! All the red pens are for Eames.

I have visions of Tuponile going home ranting about the lunatics on this job, you wouldn't believe, first it was red pens, then an office chair and then it looked like Eames was going to rip someone's throat ripped out. I swear I was just waiting for him to piss in a circle around Arthur to mark his territory. Crazy. Pays well but totally bugfuck nuts.

Seriously, this is one of the very few fics I'vs seen that had knotting. The first one I read was in 01 and I haven't been able to get enough since. I wish I could make a coherent sentence telling you how awesome this is and you are and everything is general but keymashing gets in the way of that.
