Went to Kate's house last night after plans with Hayley fell through--definitely good times. We went and swam at the pool de Arbor Run, but then like 5 or 6 people we sorta knew started coming and so we left. However, a good time was had by all (well I don't know about the other people, but well, you know...) Then we came back to the Matthews

i don't think i would have minded kate's house. i do live with a bachelor. plus i had to clean out my kitchen today. nothing could have been worse than that. Hanes was like a dysfunctional family. We all knew how each other would react to things, knew about everyone else's family, knew those little things that made each other laugh and such, and everyone else's special talents...things they were good at. the list goes on. Even though all that may be true, if you got all your close friends together from Hanes, things just wouldn't be the same. Everyone would have a good time, but it wouldn't be like it used to be. Remember those good times in the past, but don't ever forget to live in the now. :)

I suppose that's true...I mean..the dysfunctionalness of our family would more than likely be gone, this is true, because we just aren't close anymore. I just wish there would be a high school for us Hanesians..or something..I don't know. Just feeling nostalgic and sad...
