On the South side entrance of the James river off of Riverside Drive there is a nice trail that lines the water.  Kairi and I ran a new way today and found a nice sandy picnic spot.  Continuing along the new path there were roots and stones that were a challenge to keep speed through.  Once we reached the end of the path we kept going.  The path ( Read more... )

Churchill is the inspiration for the quote I am having engraved in to my i-pod.  It's about time I got a new one.  The latter is a fossil that weight 2 lbs and lasts for 30 mins. per charge (the first i-pod generation ever released).  Kinda like those huge cell phones that rested on your forearm when in use.

YESTERDAY: I'm sure horrible noises escaped my mouth as the wind blew off of the lake and chilled me to the bone. It hurt it was so cold. In my uniform I thought "I might as well not be wearing any pants at all", the fabric is unbearably thin.
