So I've always meant to buy some bok choy since its good for you...and I've eaten it before IN things and its been alright. Besides, I'm generally a big fan of leafy greens anyhow. I've never gotten around to it though but today they had some at the store...locally grown and amazing looking. So I got me some, how the heck am I supposed to cook

It's kind of trickey. You can steam it and then toss with like garlic soy sauce and oil. Or you can stir fry again with garlic regular and sesame oil ginger soy sauce etc. Some times this makes it kinda uncooked though so, so some time i'll throw a little chicken broth in it at the end and cover to steam for a few mins
