So as of 8-10-10 I've officially been working at the vet's office for a year. I didn't work on the day itself but Thursday Gwen the office manager flagged me down to give me something that she'd been carrying around since then.

In more work news, this week one of our Kennel Technicians quit, hah! Lucky bitch, she beat me to it. She supposedly hated working reception which is what they were training her to double as...she didn't even give notice.(She just texted in that she was quitting and never came in - brb, loling forever.) I had to teach a high school boy how to clean windows on Tuesday, I shit ya'll not.
He's been volunteering at the vets longer than I have been working there, which means almost a year, and this kid is near worthless. He's a volunteer so of course its mostly easy things he can fuck up if need be - like poop scooping, walking dogs, and cleaning. But ( Read more... ) -
