I have my baby! Finally, after having been in my new place for two weeks, I have my cat with me! Which makes my move now official. Her pupils are still fully dilated, but she's been purring off and on, and licking and snuggly. And then randomly freaks out and hides under the couch again

Have I mentioned what a terrifically excellent and beautiful cat she is? A paragon of her species and indeed a goddess to all us non-felines as well! Fancy Feast won't know what hit them.

Awesome that you now have your cat! I was miserable when recovering from surgery without my two cats. I had my dog but she just wasn't the same..... why can't dogs purr?
