over reacting
I think there is something actually wrong with how strongly I am reacting to the finale of Prison Break. My mind keeps going back to that one scene. I can't get it out of my head, I can't sleep, and I keep on crying over and over about it. PAINFULLY INFATUATED
Stephen is the most perfect human being I've ever met. He could have been a male model. Instead he's becoming a priest. And he's like... a BAD BOY priest. He smokes and drinks. I'm living at arm's length of everything, and I'm sort of a shell of the person I was.

Welp, that was my last A Cappella concert...
You'd think I'd be emotional about it, but more than anything I can't help but think that I'm just relieved to not have to sing with Angie and Fiona again. When they decided to throw care to the wind and stop making any attempt whatsoever to blend, I don't know, but they suck as choral singers, and I'm relieved. I need to get on with my life. I GOT A $2.09/HR RAISE!!!
My district manager came to the store today. He pulled me aside, talked about how good my standards have been, that he was promoting me, and that he was able to get me my final pay at Jared, which was $10.64/hr. SO I just went from $8.55 to $10.64. I've been at Kay for 4 months after being away from Jared for two years. It's basically brand new ( Read more... ) -

I have told a few people that I'm auditioning for KC Chorale. No one of musical importance, of course. I don't want to tell any of my singer friends because I am... sort of afraid... of other people doubting me the way I doubt myself. But it's not really doubt, it's knowledge of my current skills.
