It is a liquid and you want to put a few drops under your tongue. Look for "healing herbs" or "Bach's Flower Essences". Healing Herbs took over Bachs flower essence practice about 10 years back, but still makes them exactly the same way. I have studied Bachs 38 flower essences and use them myself. You can usually find them at Henry's or Jimbos. You can take them full strength from the bottle under the tongue or get a dosing bottle (1 ounce) and fille it with a dropper full of the essence and then 3/4th full of spring water and top off with brandy as a perserve. You should find it for around 12 dollars, but it will last a long time. If you can;t find it let me know and I can drop some off for you. Also the 5 flower belnd might help you and Laura with the stress and emotions you have about your dissertations. If you need more info or need to get the essence let me know.

dreams about school never really go away ka9q June 25 2006, 21:11:03 UTC
I hate to break it to you, but dreams/nightmares about college will probably follow you all your life. You know, the one where you're back in school, it's the end of the semester, and there's a course you totally forgot about. Or you remember the final exam, but you forget when and where and you keep getting lost looking for it, even though you've lived on that campus for four years. Or it's years later, and a "problem" has been discovered that brings you back to campus to keep your diploma, but it's changed so much you keep getting lost...it never really ends, ya know...

I've heard this, but I don't usually get dreams/nightmares about school. Well, I frequently do, but they rarely involve school directly; usually school worries are symbolized in non-school stuff.
