It was giving me an excuse not to post.  I feel guilty that I left it on as long as I did.  It actually drove someone away. Ouch.

It's been ages since I made a real journal entry.  I'm too lazy to even go back and look to see when it was.  Not much has changed.

Things are good, work is stressful most of the time, but I like what I do, and more importantly, the people I work with. Been playing too much WoW, but it saves me money on booze/going out. Other than that, things are pretty much the same. The GF is living with me now, though, most of her stuff is still at her parent's house. Kind of hard to cram a bunch of crap into a one bedroom apartment that barely has room for my crap. I need to upgrade to a two bedroom sooner rather than later. That is definitely a conversation I don't want to have with my mom. She still thinks I'm a good little Mormon boy. She'd probably have a heart attack if she knew I'd been "living in sin" for the past 10 months or so.

ugh. REALLY sorry to hear about the shiz with your bro. that's an incredibly lousy place to be... for all people involved. :(

and i'm sad that your job isn't as fun as it seemed it would be. but it's good to be challenged too - if only to show yourself that you can rise to it. not unlike being a dad, no? though the boy makes you a lot happier than the job, and rightly so.

re: rockband - i had similar misgivings about guitar hero, but realized what kickassery they were when i got to actually try them. you have good taste, m'friend. :)

I am sorry about your brother. *hug* It is hard when family lets you down. Sometimes you just have to make the hard decisions to let them go. No one can change someone else unless they want to change.
