Long Weekending
Yay weekend X_x so sore from work, but things had to get done. No Con-G for me this year, I work tomorrow morning and then Sunday I'm heading to Buffalo with Chloe with the excuse of wanting to track down Gluten Free Bisquik and Progresso Soup.

So things at work seem to have magically normalized (sort of) after inventory. The store looks good, my DM is happy, I have someone competent working in the seasonal aisle, hours and sales suck... but things seem to be working out for once. I've had an ACTUAL day off and I don't feel bad for it!!

Work has been killer, with Christmas done it ended in a barrage of getting Christmas packed up, counted, shipped away, and Valentine's into the store (which I don't have enough to fill my aisle!!! GUH!) and then RIGHT into summer stock AND INVENTORY GUHHHHHHHHHH ( Read more... ) -
When push comes to shove...
Another one of my girls at work quit today. No notice, showed up for her shift, saw next week's schedule and decided to sign her papers and quit without even working tonight. I'm honestly not surprised, and truth be told I was looking into letting her go anyway and her quitting makes my job easier ( Read more... ) -

So right now I'm currently at Casino Rama to se the Roger Hodgson concert ( my music tastes very much reflect those of my father's lol) but I'm still stressed out.

Rage / I want a car / Can I just live in Toronto now?
So, Chloe and parental unit 1 dropped me off at Yorkdale at 2:00 today to catch the 3:00 Northland out of there to head home. Lots of time right? should have been.
