The calculations for shipping is as follow :

Total shipping paid + remittance service = TWD$2100 / 21.28 + 15
= $98.68+ 15
= $113.68

Shipping per item = $1.17

Local Postage = $0.40 (*material fee) + $1.00 ( 1st item ) + the rest of the no of items X $0.40
