hurricane irene is a little scary, and we're not even going to be directly hit by it, or at least not hit by it at full force. but right now it's just gusts of wind and heavy rain, and the power flickering off and on, so right now all that might kill us is boredom from no internet. :p

i certainly would rather miss it, but would also rather everyone to be spared. ^^; i think parts of will's parent's garden may not have been too happy at the winds and heavy rain, but it's lightened as i post and hopefully will be lighter tomorrow. i know i'm making a bit of a fuss, but it's a new thing for me!

As it gets further away from the water it loses strength rapidly, compound the fact that it was downgraded to a tropical storm should also help with it's lessening strength.
