not quite an insomniac

I can't sleep early enough. I try to sleep at an earlier time than I do, but I just end up lying in bed and falling asleep at the late hour that I'm trying to avoid. Sigh. haha, i'll keep that in mind! maybe i'll have to psyche myself into waking up at 4:30am to jog at 5am...then making myself sleep at 9pm. Er, maybe...

i'm the same way. i'm addicted to the 11pm local news. must break habit. so far i haven't watched it in 2 days. we'll see how this goes...
is something on your mind at night? i read that writing it down helps you sleep better. who knows.

I'm addicted to reading in the bath! Then after bath, there's the ritual of cleansing and moisturizing and flossing and blah blah...then it's too hot to sleep so I have to cool down, while I watch Letterman or the news channel. Sigh. I know what you mean!

You know what? I like that idea about writing whatever down. I'm not sure if anything is bothering me, but I should jsut write down what I'm thinking at that moment before bedtime and see what comes up. Thanks!

I hope you get a better routine too ;)
