So I know it's awfully early and I've always been a big advocate of not celebrating/decorating for a holiday no earlier than a month before...but I currently find myself absolutely itching to start decorating, baking, and living up Halloween!!!

I love Halloween. I always got really into coming up with great costumes for it and stuff. This year it's on a Saturday which is awesome, but I'm probably going to work instead, lol. Yay and sadness all at once.

omg I just posted about Halloween too! Also, I invented a good Halloween drink a couple years ago. I call it "the black death" It's one shot of chambord (or any other red liquer since chambord is hella expensive) one shot of blue curacao, and one shot of vodka, then top the glass off with 7uP. The red and blue combine to make a black drink. It started as the black martini, but that was way too strong, so I poured it into a larger glass, and added the 7uP. You can probably make it without the vodka too, I just think it's a great Halloween drink because it's black.

I've found a lot of drinks that call for "black vodka"...which I've never seen any black vodka(maybe a holiday thing?) and besides, vodka = death to me X_X
