its funny how quickly life can get turned upside down. i am not sure if this job really is for me. i love working with the animals and i dont mind getting bit/scratched/peed on- but it kills me when animals have to be put down. i understand that the animals are in pain and that it truly is the most humane thing to do but watching the families mourn

i totally understand what you mean when animals have to be put down...i've seen some people at the hospital give their dog to the vet and they walk out crying...it kills me and i understand where you coming from...ive wanted to be a vet for a long time, but the only thing keeping me from doing it is just that.
