Banana Blueberry Bread
(originally from Cooking Light, just as plain banana bread. I added the blueberries.)
This bread is always a hit. Super easy and everyone gobbles it up.
1 cup sugar
1/4 lb. (1 stick) butter, soft
1 1/2 cups very ripe banana, mashed (2-3 bananas, depending on size)
1/4 cup low fat sour cream
1/4 cup skim milk
2 egg whites
