My favorite coffee place in the world went out of business and was completely remodeled to be "trendy" rather than the cute, warm, welcoming atmosphere it had before.
The coffee isn't even good here anymore.
Why does everything good in life have to be taken away from me?

Holstein's Coffee in Hood River. However, I found a few other cool coffee shops in the area...thus I am calm now.

What are your favorite Portland coffee shops? I'm only here for a week and I want to spend every possible moment in a wonderful coffee shop.

Oh, that's too bad about Holstein's. An interesting coffee place in Hood River is this place called "Soul Cafe"...

Rimsky's, Anna Bannana's, Java Vivace, Portland Coffee House on Belmont...
Over here on Alberta St, there's the great Star E Rose, and another good place called Fuel Cafe
