i totally know where you're coming from on this. we've talked about this before - you and me. its discouraging & frustrating and it does make you wonder why them and why not you. the interesting thing i've been seeing lately, is people DO come back. God is not helpless, he is powerful! he works in peoples lives even without people "witnessing to them". i'm encouraged by this and fascinated.
its recently hit me "life doesn't end at 25!! its only just begun!!" my friends who have given up their faith still have a life-time ahead of them to return to it. you never know, some day this may just be their "away-from-jesus phase. why do we stick with it? for me its because i have no choice, you can't keep believing the world is flat when you know its round. faith isn't easy, but its a fact of life. and what part of life IS easy??
thanks for sharing that and awakening my mind.
