With March now on us and two months into my workout routine i've made some tremendous gains, now i need more to strive for.  So after talking to people i'm really interested in participating in some triathlons this year.  I need to work on my running, mostly.  Swimming and biking are natural to me.  Running is not.   I also need some new equipment ( Read more... )

So Joe and I are going to St Louis this coming weekend. He did his undergrad there so he's got friends there, and i need to break from Chicago, and this gives me a great chance to explore my beloved Illinois.
