Why?
So as some of you might know, I am the HCA of Northrop ( I'll miss you dearly Park :[ ). SO NOW I have to spend like 8 hours a DAY in Social Justice Mediation Training. 9 -5.... that's like a full time job.
I don't understand why people can't mediate themselves. -
