After much haggling with all of the bridal salon attendants, we finally managed to negotiate a deal in regards to my wedding dress. This is all a bunch of useless information, but I originally had ordered this Stephen Yearick dress which looks just fine on the model but lo and behold, when the dress came in and I tried it on, I was utterly appaled ( Read more... )

Thank you!! Speaking of tattoos, that's why I'll be wearing gloves during the ceremony. (My father doesn't know about a tattoo I've had on my wrist for over five years). At least at the reception it will be dark and I can use some dermablend. ;)

Some dresses only work with some body types. Guess I'm lucky I look great in the dress of my dreams (which I own).

That Bridal Gown is absolutely fabulous.
Although (and not criticising), I can see you in blue butterflies as opposed to the bronze flowers.

And yay to the deposit tranfer. ^_^

Funny that you mention that because I've been trying to figure that out today. I originally wanted to wear these during the ceremony, but I'll need to try them on with the dress to see if they really go or not (once the dress is altered as it is too long at the moment). I'm thinking about then taking them off during the reception and wearing either a more comfortable pair or just going barefoot (or socks). Why do you ask?

(P.S. I left the plastic in them so you can see the shape - sorry about the crappy quality. They sparkle so much it was the best I could do!)

you fill that dress out well.

course now I have to go cry.
the fishnet godess is going to be wed.

I'm not big on marriages as I've never had much luck with them
but I hope that you do well and that you find nothing but
happiness, joy, and Love.

Thank you sincerely for the kind wishes--they mean a lot coming from you. :)

And don't worry, there may still be fishnet in the future! lol.

October 1st. It's coming down to the wire and I still haven't done about a quarter of the things I'm supposed to do! :(
