I had a bad day on my diet yesterday, and was pretty much moping about it (even if it was my own fault.) Today was better; I had salad and a banana for breakfast/lunch, but then had an Almond Joy and pizza for dinner. Not so great. I credit it to stress during exam time. I had a really good weekend. I spent almost the entire weekend at my boyfriend's apartment, and it was so relaxing and fun. Bad day on the diet. Had three (count em, three) pieces of pizza last night, Taco Bell today for lunch and two cookies.
