DC crash space needed

The original road trip plan was to go thru canada, but I was unable to find my passport. Now with plans adjusted, I find myself arriving in DC this weds night with no place to stay. Can anyone help out two travelers looking for crash space?

Provided no one smokes, we can offer you miscellaneous crash space. We have two couches, an air mattress, and maybe a bed. We are about 1 hour outside of the Ring of Fire, though. We are not in DC proper.

How "DC" does it have to be, and where will you be coming from?

(That is: either D's parents or my uncle seem like likely candidates, but both are in VA outside DC.)
