im doing all this thinking and its overwelming. there is so much i know right now, and i don't know if i can handle the truth. my mom cheated on my dad. i've told a few people about this already. but now, i'll just spit it out to everyone......eventually

i need to lose weight. im at least 50 pounds overweight and that is not healthy. I can't be making excusing. I need to start today. I have an overeating addiction. I eat because I'm bored, or sad, or whatever. I need to find more productive outlets.

I need to find something/someone which will help me overcome my unending insecurities. I don't know how I will overcome it, but I need to find a way.
