The recertification nonsense has been taken care of. Turns out they got a new computer system and didn't switch the information properly from their old system so they had to do it all over again. The bad timing on the letter was supposedly a coincidence.

Although sometimes computer systems are a lot worse than the old, on-paper bookkeeping. Mum used to be a book-keeper all her life and is always grumbling that back in the Stone Age when she did the filing by hand, on actual paper, there used to be a lot less idiotic mistakes. Or so she states. *g*

I've done bookkeeping both with and without a computer. With is a lot easier.
