So maybe its me getting way too excited or something, but Ive noticed with the way I've been eating (or not eating heh) and working out Ive been able to drop about 3 or 4 pounds every 4 -5 days. So I broke out my handy dandy calculator and calendar and calculated what the results would be if I kept up this rate of weight loss for the next few weeks ( Read more... )

It's great that you are going to make your goals, but rmemeber exercise, try not to compansate the exercise by eating less. Hope all works out.

Ur such a freakin sweeetie!!!!!But whats wrong with compensating the workouts with less food? You gotta burn more than u take in right ?
